About Our Consultants
Kavya Thaksalani De Silva has excelled in media since her school days, with notable achievements in all-Ceylon competitions and the Best Presenter award at the 2014 Youth Awards.
Her professional journey began as a children’s program presenter on SLBC’s Rajarata Sevaya. She later joined City FM, and shortly after, was invited to contribute her talents to Lakhanda. Over the years, Kavya has captivated audiences with her engaging presence and has earned widespread admiration and respect through her contributions to various programs on Lakhanda radio and ITN television.
Chathura Sooriyabandara is a distinguished Sri Lankan journalist and media personality, known for his significant contributions to the media landscape.
He started his career at Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation as a program presenter and later joined Sirasa News1st, where he gained a reputation for clear and professional news delivery.
Currently, he is a freelance News presenter for Siyatha TV News, influencing the media with his insightful presentations. With extensive experience and dedication to quality journalism, Chathura is a pivotal figure in Sri Lankan media.
Nimesha Peiris is a distinguished media professional with a Bachelor of Technology in Media Arts Production Technology from the University of Vocational Technology, Sri Lanka, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division.
Her career began at TNL Network as a presenter and producer, where she excelled in both live and recorded programs. She then advanced to Neth FM as Executive Digital Program Presenter and Producer, before joining FM Derana in a similar role. Nimesha’s expertise and innovative approach have made her a leading figure in the Sri Lankan media industry.

ශ්වසන අභ්‍යාස (Breathing exercises)
නිවේදකයින් සඳහා හුස්ම ගැනීමේ ව්‍යායාම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වේ, ඒවා කටහඬ ප්‍රක්ෂේපණය පාලනය කිරීමට, වේදිකා බිය සහ චකිතය අඩු කිරීමට සහ සමස්ත කාර්ය සාධනය වැඩි දියුණු කිරීමට උපකාරී වේ.
හඬ අභ්‍යාස (Voice exercises)
ඕනෑම නිවේදකයෙකුට ශක්තිමත්, පැහැදිලි හඬක් අත්‍යවශ්‍යයි. කටහඬ අභ්‍යාස මගින් ශබ්ද විකාශනය, ප්‍රක්ෂේපණය සහ සමස්ත වාචික කාර්ය සාධනය වැඩි දියුණු කිරීමට උපකාරී වේ.
ගුවන්විදුලි නිවේදනය (Radio Presenting)
මේ මගින් ගුවන් විදුලි නිවේදකයකු භාවිත කරන ක්‍රම ශිල්ප පිළිබඳවත්, උපකරණ පිළිබඳවත්, විවිධ වැඩසටහන් ශෛලීන් පිළිබඳවත්, ඔවුන්ගේ ගුණාත්මක භාවය වැඩි කර ගැනීමට සිදුකරන ප්‍රායෝගික ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පිළිබඳවත් මෙහිදී හැදෑරීමක් සිදුකරයි.
රූපවාහිනී නිවේදනය (TV Presenting)
මේ මගින් විවිධ රූපවාහිනී වැඩසටහන් හා ශෛලීන් පිළිබඳවත්, නිවේදකයකු භාවිත කරන ක්‍රම ශිල්ප පිළිබඳවත්, මැදිරියක් තුළ ක්‍රියාකරන ආකාරය පිළිබඳවත්, උපකරණ පිළිබඳවත්, ඔවුන්ගේ ගුණාත්මක භාවය වැඩි කර ගැනීමට සිදුකරන ප්‍රායෝගික ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පිළිබඳවත් මෙහිදී හැදෑරීමක් සිදුකරයි.
පුවත් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම (News Reading)
ප්‍රවෘත්ති ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ මුලික ක්‍රමශිල්ප, පුවත් ඉදිරිපත්කිරීමේ ශෛලීන් හා උපක්‍රම, පුවත් මැදිරියක තාක්ෂණික පසුබිම, තාක්ෂණික උපකරණ භාවිතය, පුවත් සංස්කරණය හා ප්‍රායෝගික කිරියකාරකම් තුලින් පුවත් ඉදිරිපත්කිරීම ප්‍රගුණකිරීම ආදී දේ පිළිබඳව මෙහිදී හැදෑරීමක් සිදුකරයි.
හඬකැවීම සහ හඬ අනුකරණය, හඬ රංගනය, කටහඬ හැසිරවීම (Dubbing and voice manipulation, voice acting, voice Handling)
මෙමගින් හඬකැවීමේ මූලික ක්‍රම ශිල්ප හා හඬ නිපදවීම් ප්‍රගුණ කිරීම,හඬ අනුකරණය කිරීමේ ආකාරය හැදෑරීම, විවිධ හඬකැවීම් ශෛලීන් පිළිබඳ හැදෑරීම, ප්‍රායෝගික හඬකැලීම් තුළින් දක්ෂතා වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම යනාදිය පිළිබඳව හැදෑරීමක් සිදුකරයි.

අන්තර්ගත නිර්මාණය, ප්‍රේක්ෂක නියැලීම සහ සදාචාරාත්මක වාර්තාකරණය ඇතුළුව, මාධ්‍යමය අරමුණු සඳහා සමාජ මාධ්‍ය ඵලදායී ලෙස භාවිතා කිරීමට කුසලතා වලින් සන්නද්ධ කිරීම.
ප්‍රායෝගික පරීක්ෂණ (Practical tests conduct in the studio)
